who is BEHIND THE
MYSTERY?
Victor Le’Yon, originally from the mysterious places beyond the veil, (Kansas City, Missouri) is a Las Vegas based performer, director, and creative professional best known for portraying Madame Mystery, a lounge singing medium of magic, mystery, and hypnosis. His journey into live entertainment began at age nine with a magic kit then continued to grow through singing in the church choir and performing at his school theatre. These experiences built a foundation of discipline, storytelling, and stage presence that shines today in his performances.
As an adult, Victor trained in theatre, circus arts, and performance-based magic under respected mentors, including the legendary Steve Daly (also known as Tiny Bubbles / Bonnie Bitch), the original pioneering drag queen magician and stage hypnotist, now retired after decades of influential performance. He has studied at the prestigious Magic and Mystery School with Grandmaster Magician Jeff Mcbride in Las Vegas. His drag artistry is proudly rooted in the guidance of his drag mother Kennedy Davenport, internationally recognized RuPaul’s Drag Race contestant and whose emphasis on polish, professionalism, and performance excellence continues to shape his work. Furthermore, his hypnosis technique has been refined through mentorship under Sailesh The Hypnotist, internationally touring award-winning stage hypnotist known for blending comedy, psychology, and audience engagement.
Previously known as Miss Uchawi, Victor has built an international career spanning theaters, cabaret rooms, cruise ships, jazz clubs, and upscale corporate events. With over a decade of professional experience, his performances blend magic, tarot, mind reading, live vocals, and theatrical storytelling. He honors vintage Las Vegas while remaining modern and engaging for todays’ audiences. When not on stage, Victor values the simple life, often unplugging from online to enjoy classic films, museums, fashion events, cigar lounges, fine dining, the company of his two cats, and tending to an ever-growing collection of plants.
